Each year, the owners of Place Jolibourg Phase IV join to carry out the annual chore.
Among other things, this chore enables the maintenance of outdoor common areas, such as the maintenance of flowerbeds, vines, hedges and trees.
The annual chore is also the opportunity for everyone to better know her/his neighbors.
